From October 28 to October 30, the Center for Crisis Early Warning (CCEW) participated in the workshop for PhD candidates in Peace and Conflict Studies in Bavaria

An interdisciplinary research project has developed the Climate-Conflict-Vulnerability Index (CCVI). The CCVI maps current global risks from climate and conflict hazards and relevant vulnerability factors, offering up-to-date, quarterly data at subnational levels. The first version will be released on October 8, 2024, at the Berlin Climate Security Conference (BCSC).

The CCEW Symposium 2024, titled ‘Predictive Synergies: Crisis Early Warning & Foresight’ took place from September 19 to 20.
