Visit by Member of Parliament Mr. Metin Hakverdi at the Center for Crisis Early Warning

On August 2nd, member of parliament Mr. Metin Hakverdi visited the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, including the Center for Crisis Early Warning (CCEW).

During the visit to the CCEW, Prof. Masala first presented the objectives, working methods, and ongoing projects of the Metis Institute for Strategy & Foresight to Mr. Hakverdi. Following that, the concept and research focus of the Center for Intelligence and Security Studies (CISS) and the structure of the "Intelligence and Security Studies" (MISS) master's program located at CISS were explained.

Finally, the CCEW was introduced to Mr. Hakverdi. During this presentation, the objectives, areas of focus, and cross-departmental approach of the CCEW were explained. Subsequently, specific research and development focuses of the CCEW were presented through an interactive presentation.
