Professor Ronzani, visiting researcher Professor Giovanna Ronzani visited our Chair in January 2025 to collaborate on Advanced Air Mobility research and future partnerships.
Appointment as Field Advisor at UTokyo Prof. Schultz has been appointed as a Field Advisor at the University of Tokyo for the aerospace mobility sector, strengthening international research collaborations on digital air transportation, next-generation air mobility, and sustainable aviation operations.
Research exchange with UTokyo At the Tokyo Forum 2024, Prof. Schultz engaged with the President of The University of Tokyo, Prof. Teruo Fujii. Their discussions highlighted the pressing sustainability challenges facing aviation and the necessity of well-connected international research groups to address these global issues effectively.
IWAC2024 Conference Prof. Schultz participated in the IWAC 2024 (International Workshop on ATM/CNS), held on November 19-20, 2024, in Kyoto, Japan. During the conference, he presented our research on "Investigating Moving Sectors and Complexity Metrics in Japanese Airspace."
TRC-30 Conference At the conference in emerging technologies in transportation systems we presented research results on two research areas: smart aircraft cabin and safety in urban air mobility.
