CSE Colloquium Talk by Richard Ostwald
3 Mai 2024
On May 02, 2024, the third lecture of this year took place in the Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) research colloquium organized by Professors Apel, Brünig, Kiendl and Popp. Prof. Richard Ostwald from the Chair for Solid Mechanics at the Helmut-Schmidt-University Hamburg gave a detailed presentation on the topic of "Resource efficiency through modern mechanics – a journey from material microstructure to process simulations". The accompanying discussion and Q&A session confirmed the great interest shown by the audience in the exciting presentation. After the event, the organizers, speakers and participants met at a local restaurant for a convivial get-together.
The CSE Colloquium takes place regularly. An invitation to the current lecture of the CSE research colloquium will be sent in advance by e-mail. Anyone who would like to be added to the mailing list can contact Philipp Zilk via e-mail: philipp.zilk@unibw.de. Interested parties from outside the UniBw Munich are also very welcome.
