In addition to numerous national and international partnerships in the university sector, the institute also cooperates with selected industrial partners in a number of research projects. We can draw on extensive experience both in the area of direct third-party financing by the companies themselves and in the area of joint project applications with public third-party funding providers (e.g. BMBF, BMWi).
Within the scope of these projects, our industrial partners benefit not least from the excellent technical framework conditions and the modern equipment (including Linux high-performance clusters), which are available directly in the institute's premises on the campus in Neubiberg near Munich.
If you are interested in a research cooperation in one of our priority areas, please write an e-mail to imcs@unibw.de or contact Prof. Alexander Popp or Prof. Thomas Apel directly.
