Young Investigators Minisymposium at WCCM-ECCOMAS-2020

Prof. Alexander Popp, together with four colleagues from across Europe, is the main organizer of the Young Investigators Minisymposium that will take place within the joint WCCM-ECCOMAS 2020 Congress in Paris / France, 19-24 July 2020. This minisymposium is organized by young investigators (all of whom are members of the ECCOMAS Young Investigators Committee) for young investigators. The format, which has first been introduced at the ECCOMAS Congress 2016 with great success, is quite different from the regular minisymposia in order to particularly attract young researchers. For example, the session format will allow speakers to give presentations as a team of two researchers ("Presentation In Pairs“) or of negative research results ("Things That Did Not Work As Expected“).
