Competence in SPACE
As one of the research centers of the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, we pool existing internal cooperation projects and act as a central point of contact for SPACE-related subjects with a focus on satellite research and development. The SPACE Research Center supports interdepartmental cooperation between experts with different scientific priorities. This helps us take an open-minded, comprehensive and system-oriented approach to working together on problems and concepts.
Our central objectives include the further consolidation of existing cooperation projects and finding new partners in national and international research communities, including outside of academia. The idea is to pool shared interests and resources and to expand our network of researchers. Supporting young researchers is also becoming an ever more important topic for us.
