RESEARCH FOCUS
The research aim is to contribute to the growth of knowledge on public management through theory-based empirical research.
The institutional focus is on public administrations, cross-sectoral cooperations (public-private and public-nonprofit), and state-owned enterprises. From a functional perspective, research focuses on questions from the areas of (sustainable) organizations and human resource management as well as strategic management.
