In 2014, she settled in Germany where she earned a Master's Degree in Life Science Economics and Policy from the Technical University of Munich and a Ph.D. in Management from the Bundeswehr University Munich, focusing on bridging the science-practice gap in career management. Giulia currently works as a Postdoc at our Chair, serves as Project Lead at Munich Business School, where she also holds a lecturing position, and collaborates with the European Center for Social Finance, a competence center affiliated with the school. Additionally, she volunteers in the youth employment strand of the EAWOP Impact Incubator.
