The M.A. International Security Studies is an advanced training course which provides theoretical and practical knowledge in international relations, diplomacy and security policy to prepare students for executive position in the security community.

The MISS is a twelve-month program that consists of a common study period of four modules, an elective module, a concentration subject and a master thesis. For those professionals who are not able to take a sabbatical, the MISS is also offered on a part-time basis, where single modules can be completed individually over a period of 24 months.

Das Curriculum der berufsbegleitenden Weiterbildung Systems Engineering am Institut für wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung (casc) der Universität der Bundeswehr München umfasst 12 Module. Neben dem Masterstudium ist auch ein Modulstudium möglich.
