Johannes Flotzinger M.Eng.

I`ve been working as a Teaching and Research Associate at the Institute for Structural Engineering (KI) at the Bundeswehr University Munich since July 2020. Before I`ve started working in Munich, I was a Teaching and Research Associate at the department for building materials at the OTH Regensburg in the field of rheology of self-compacting and sprayed concrete. I obtained my Master`s Degree (M.Eng.) in civil engineering from the OTH Regensburg.
My current main project is called MoBaP - Model-based digital Inspection of Structures. MoBaP aims to support the bridge inspector envolving building surveys by automatizing essential procedures. Especially the development of image classifiers and detectors for the damages on reinforced concrete bridges is my main goal.
