Paper Submission

The IWBF 2025 Technical Program Committee invites submissions of original and unpublished work, in English, with up to 6 pages including results, figures, and references (overlength submissions will not be reviewed). Accepted papers should be presented by one of the authors as a condition for publication. At least one of the authors must register at the standard registration rate (i.e., no PhD/Master Student discounts) before the camera ready deadline. Each author registration covers only one paper. Additional authors can benefit from some discount.

For the submission, please use the IEEE conference templates, which can be downloaded from the IEEE website

Papers are to be submitted via Microsoft CMT: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/IWBF2025

Double-blind Review Policy

The reviewing process will be double blind. Violations of this policy will lead to a desk reject, with no reviews.

  • Remove author names, affiliations, email addresses, etc. from the paper.
  • Remove personal acknowledgments.
  • When reporting experiments on data collected in your lab, consider stating this as “This experiment was conducted using data acquired at Mars University”. Do not state this as “This experiment was conducted using data that was collected in our labs at Mars University”.
  • When citing your own work, ensure that the narrative does not reveal your identity.
  • Simultaneous submissions to arXiv without mentioning IWBF are allowed.

Camera Ready Instructions

Camera-ready papers should be prepared taking into consideration the reviewers' comments, while keeping the same format requirements of the original submission. The submission deadline is on March 15, 2025

During camera-ready submission, the copyright form will have to be accessed and filled in using the service provided by IEEE eCF, and then downloaded and uploaded into CMT. You can find the link to access the IEEE eCF site on Microsoft CMT.

Before uploading the final manuscript, it is required to check paper compliance to IEEE format requirements using IEEE PDF eXpress. Please register at IEEE PDF eXpress by creating a new account, using 63717X as Conference ID, and providing your email address and password. Then access the system, provide your personal information, and submit your final paper, checking for its compliance with IEEE requirements.

After having received an acknowledge of acceptance from IEEE PDF eXpress, submit the approved camera ready and the copyright form to Microsoft CMT.
