Registration Fees

Please note that accepted papers should be presented by one of the authors as a condition for publication. At least one of the authors must register at the standard registration rate (i.e., no PhD/Master Student discounts) before the camera ready deadline. Each author registration covers only one paper. Additional authors can benefit from some discount.

Early bird fees apply until March 15, 2025:

  Early Bird (By March 15, 2025) Normal (After March 15, 2025)
Bachelor / Master / PhD Student Registration 200 € 250 €
Standard Full Registration 300 € 350 €

Important Notice! Visa

For those authors with non-Schengen passports, requiring a Visa to enter Germany, we strongly recommend you to ask for an appointment at your closest German Embassy or Consulate as soon as you submit your article. The target date of that appointment should be right at the decision deadline (February 28). If you need any documentation, please send us an email (iwbf2025@lists.unibw.de).
