DAAD Award for Outstanding Achievements of International Students

First Lieutenant Kanisorn from Thailand started his bachelor's degree in electrical and information engineering at our university in September 2019.
He stands out not only for his outstanding academic achievements, but also for his high level of social commitment.
For example, he organizes Thai cultural evenings together with German and international officers and officer candidates and promotes intercultural dialogue in discussions about the differences between Southeast Asian and German cultures.
He shares his academic knowledge in study groups, on and off duty, during regular trimesters and at exam times.
A special integrative and unifying element is also his love of music, as he masters and actively plays several musical instruments and regularly plays music together with German and international fellow soldiers.
