On Thursday, 21st in the morning a pre-conference Bundeswehr – a diverse place of work and study will take place. The Head of the Equal Opportunities, Diversity and Inclusion Staff of the Federal Ministry of Defense, Claudia Paul, will give a keynote talk on Diversity in teams: The key to future-proof decision-making. The Vice President Diversity as well as the Civil Equal Opportunities Office at UniBw will provide insights into UniBw M's current diversity and equal opportunities measures and its endeavor of developing a comprehensive strategy in a certification process. The pre-conference will be held in German language only at UniBw; online participation is possible via WebEx. After the talks, members of the Advisory Body on Equal Opportunities and Diversity at UniBw will be available for questions and discussions; they will also participate in the networking tables at Friday noon.
