Registration information

All presenting authors of accepted papers and all participants in accepted sessions (presenting authors, chairs, and discussants) are asked to register before the registration deadline of June 15, 2022. Presenting authors are expected to attend the conference and to be present at the scheduled sessions.

To promote broad participation in the conference, each delegate will be limited to two presenting roles. You may be first author/presenting author on more than two submissions, but you will have to withdraw presentations if two or more are accepted.

Registration is opened. All presenters should be registered by June, 15th.

 

Conference Fees

Registration fees include

Attendance to the conference; program, book of abstracts, and proceedings; access to all recorded presentations on the website; lunches, coffee and tea breaks on site.

 

Registration Types

For tax reasons, all amounts split in a basic conference fee and a 80 € fee for on-site or virtual participation including tax.

Regular on site/hybrid (April 16th – July 12th)

Regular late registration (from July 13th on)

Student on site/hybrid (April 16th – July 12th)

Student rates refer to full-time students with student cards or max. 50% positions.

Equality scholarships if participation allows.

Payment

The conference fee may be paid by bank transfer or by credit card via Paypal. The bank transfer details can be found on the invoice; the link to Paypal can be accessed after logging into conftool.

Childcare

We aim at offering childcare facilities. If you like to participate in childcare, please contact the organizing committee.
