The INDOR Research Initiative

People spend much of their working hours – and thus of their lives – in organizations. As a result, organizations have a considerable influence on the individual, their feelings and their development. At the same time, organizations as social entities are inconceivable without individuals or members. Consequently, organizations are in turn shaped by individuals and their values, abilities, motivations and actions.

The INDOR Research Initiative (IndividualOrganization in a Digitalized Society) uses numerous research projects and activities to study the complex relationship between individuals and organizations. These pages serve to introduce our projects and provide an insight into our research interests and objectives.
