Lucas Obregón

Lucas joined the Security and Intelligence Team at the CISS where he provides support in project research and delivery.

He is also currently doing a Master’s degree in Global Security at King’s College London, where he focuses on irregular warfare as a threat to NATO nations in the era of Great Power Competition.
