Laura Braun M.Sc.

Laura Braun studied Sustainable Social Policy (B.A.) at the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and completed her Master's in Social Data Science at the University of Copenhagen. She wrote her master's thesis on LLM-based methods in web scraping.

After graduating, she worked as a Junior Consultant at roosi GmbH, developing LLM and graph-based applications. Her interest in joining the Competence Center stems from the opportunity to combine social science elements with data science and software development methods.

Since October 2024, she has been a research associate at the Competence Center for Crisis Early Warning at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich.
