The first part of the presentation gives an insight into the causes of CO2 emissions associated with the production of cement. Then the development of cement consumption is shown and measures to reduce CO2 emissions are discussed. The effects of environmental policy decisions are shown.
The second part of the presentation deals with the current developments in the field of monolithic exterior walls made of infralightweight concrete for residential construction. The differences to other concretes are worked out and the potential for ecological optimization is shown.
