Bachelor and Master´s Degrees

At the Universität der Bundeswehr München you can expect a fully accredited engineering degree in which you have many opportunities to learn and participate in highly topical research projects in an excellent mentoring relationship with state-of-the-art and in some cases unique laboratories.

The Universität der Bundeswehr München is one of the few German universities to offer studies in aerospace engineering from the first trimester onwards. Both basic and advanced courses are oriented towards the applications of aerospace technology, which brings considerable advantages in terms of the effectiveness of the course.

 Studying at the Department of Aerospace Engineering

With the research-oriented organization and preparation of study contents, based on the teaching of solid fundamentals, you will acquire the skills to analyze and solve engineering problems with scientifically sound methods. This will prepare you optimally for the many challenges in the aerospace industry, but also in other sectors such as the automotive industry.

Organization of studies

The academic year (from October to June) is organized in trimesters. The lecture-free period is used for internships and student work. Our courses of study are characterised by small numbers of students, so that active supervision takes place according to the small group principle. The campus offers the best infrastructural conditions and makes it easier for you to concentrate on the tasks of your studies. At the same time, in and around Munich you will find a wide range of opportunities for a wide variety of leisure activities.
