In various degree programs, language courses are either compulsory or optional as part of the degree program and can then only be taken by students of the respective degree program in the intended subject trimester. These one-trimester technical language modules are provided by the Language Center in accordance with the specifications in the study and examination regulations. Courses currently offered are:

• Business English (Economics and Management Studies, Spring term)
• Technical English 1 (Mechanical Engineering, Winter term)
• Technical English 2 (Computer-Aided Engineering, Fall term)
• Aviation English (Aeronautical Engineering, Fall term – only for future pilots)
