This presentation considers how cybernetic feedback loops can support wellbeing optimization in large institutions and other complex social systems. We share results from "My Wellness Check" that was implemented at TU Delft to support administrative decision-making during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our work shows how complex social decision-making might intersect with AI systems.​
