In the field of teaching, our students are prepared for the practical and theoretical challenges of organization design, strategic corporate management and human resources management.
Our fundamental philosophy here is not only to convey specialist content, but also to initiate "research-based learning".
The courses of the Master's program in particular therefore reflect the research focus of the chair.
Science-related goals are:
- The ability to reflect on the prerequisites and goals of the knowledge conveyed, including its practical application
- The ability to identify scientific and practical problems, systematically analyse and solve them
- The striving for new insights
- Method-critical awareness, i.e the ability to assess the reliability, validity and effectiveness of scientific methods
- The ability to communicate and cooperate
