The focus of our interest is on theoretical and practical issues in the areas of human resource management and organization. In research, we use qualitative and quantitative research methods to further develop theoretical knowledge as well as develop scientifically sound solutions for corporate practice. This is also reflected in our publications. In teaching, we impart both theoretical foundations and their application in corporate practice. The Master's and Bachelor's degree courses cover the areas of human resource management and organization. We try to directly take up interesting current developments in practice and science.

 

 

How to find us:

The Chair of Human Resource Management and Organization is located in building 36 of the University of the Bundeswehr Munich. (1) You get access via the visitor entrance from Zwergerstraße. (2) In order to gain access to the university grounds you need a valid identity document. Visitor parking spaces are available on the campus. (3)
