The course "Organizational culture and culture sensitive management" conveys deep theoretical knowledge about organizational cultures and possibilities of assessing, evaluating, and changing it. Questions like "How do organizational cultures come to exist?" and "When is it particularly important to know organizational cultures?" are answered during the course. The theoretical knowledge is then applied with respect to real companies/organizations.
