Equal opportunities in research
Excellent science needs diversity and originality. After all, equal opportunities and equality pay off in a number of ways: only through them is it possible to fully exploit the existing potential for innovation and talent. In addition, the diversity of perspectives, experiences and skills of its members in various working groups have a positive impact on the quality of research and thus provide considerable added value.
