Best Paper Award for ELAPSED publication

ELAPSED was represented at the 26th International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems (ICEMS) by research associate Lucas Brenner. The conference took place from 5th to the 8th of November 2023 in Zhuhai (China) and is one of the most important conferences for electrical machines in the Asian region. The paper Optimization of the Power-to-Weight Ratio of an Electric Aircraft Propulsion System using Planetary Gearboxes was presented to the expert audience in a poster session and was well received, which was confirmed by the granting of a best paper award. With this extremely gratifying recognition, ICEMS 2023 was a further confirmation of our highest scientific standards and our efforts to actively shape the future of electric aviation.
