Participation in NATO Hackathon

In November 2021 NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) invited to a hackathon in The Hague, in which our research associate Philipp J. Rösch participated.

The goal of this event was to use large data sets from maneuvers to reconstruct and subsequently analyze operational decision making. For this purpose, the multinational team Philipp worked in, used various methods from statistics and the field of NLP. After four intensive days, the results were presented in a large group. Across the groups, there is interest in continuing to exchange ideas on the topic.
