The staff of the University Library will support you as usual when you have to search for literature or need to use a reference management program. However, in accordance with the university strategy there can be no on-site guidance for the time being.
Our virtual helpdesk ensures that all your questions will be answered promptly from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., independent of the library's opening hours for extramural loan.
Concerning issues connected with your scientific work (assignments, seminar papers, bachelor or master theses, your dissertation or your lecture preparations), you can contact us via mail to UBAuskunft@unibw.de and book a librarian. We are happy to assist you by e-mail or by phone.
