New Publication: Scalable Metal–Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition of High Quality PtSe₂

We are excited to announce the publication of our latest research on the MOCVD Growth of PtSe₂ in Advanced Electronic Materials.

In this study, we explore a scalable, high-quality synthesis method for platinum diselenide (PtSe₂), leveraging MOCVD to achieve precise control over film thickness and uniformity. The paper presents key findings on the growth parameters that influence crystal structure, morphology, and electrical performance, paving the way for integrating PtSe₂ into advanced device architectures.
