Peter Kelly is Reader in Education at the Plymouth University Institute of Education in the UK. His research interests include European social policy and comparative pedagogy. He has been engaged in a variety of comparative policy and pedagogy research in Denmark, England and Germany which has resulted in a number of publications in journals including British Education Research Journal, Compare, European Education Research Journal and Oxford Review of Education. He is currently Link Convenor of the Politics and Policy Network of the European Educational Research Association.
