Steven Nowotny is an external researcher at the Chair of Management Accounting at Universität der Bundeswehr München. He studied economic sciences at Universität der Bundeswehr München between 2006 and 2009 and serves as an Officer of the german army aviation force. He earned a doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) at Universität der Bundeswehr München. Steven Nowotny’s research examines the influence of organizational structure on value-based management (VBM) sophistication.
