Prof. Dr. Bassam Alrifaee appointed professor at the University of the Bundeswehr in Munich

Since March 2024, Dr.-Ing. Bassam Alrifaee has been a professor at the University of the Bundeswehr in Munich. He was previously a postdoc and group leader at the Chair of Embedded Software (Computer Science 11) at RWTH Aachen University.
His lab specializes in intelligent control of autonomous systems, with a particular focus on multi-agent systems. The research spans distributed predictive control, service-oriented software architectures, localization systems, and applications to connected and automated vehicles (CAVs).
