Research
Ellen Schmid conducts research in the field of human resources and organizational development with a focus on the question: How can responsible leadership be promoted in a digital working world?
On the one hand, she sheds light on the question of what constitutes responsible leadership and examines the "light" and "dark" side of leadership in qualitative and quantitative studies. On the other hand, she is interested in (digital) methods of personnel and organizational development and their evaluation.
